A 30-bedroom boutique hotel has been approved for Main Street, Limavady, marking a significant regeneration move for the Co Londonderry town. The £multi-million plan will replace derelict retail units with red-brick hotel buildings and a restaurant, alongside 26 new social housing units and landscaped public space.

Developers say the project will revive a neglected stretch of the town centre, bringing much-needed accommodation and amenities that could boost footfall and local economic activity.

Discover how this project is reshaping Limavady’s urban future.
