€5.2m Kildare housing scheme refused planning permission

Athy’s proposed 32-home development by Sayvale Limited has been rejected by planners. The €5.2m project, which included 1-, 2-, and 3-bed homes, vehicle access, and a pumping station on Geraldine Road, was designed by Meitheal Design Partners.
