US-based engineering and architecture firm Stratus has acquired PVEDI, a global architecture, engineering, interior design, and planning firm with offices in Austin and across multiple US regions, according to Austin Business Journal.

The acquisition expands Stratus' geographic reach and multidisciplinary depth across key regional and national markets.

PVEDI is known for its work in residential, hospitality, leisure, and commercial properties. The firm delivers integrated services across architecture, civil and structural engineering, land development, environmental consulting, surveying, landscape architecture, and interior design, bringing over 160 professionals serving clients throughout Central Texas and in markets nationwide.

For clients in Texas and across the Southern market, the combination brings together PVEDI's trusted local teams and regional experience with Stratus' national reach and broader engineering, planning, and architectural capabilities, expanding access to additional disciplines, technical bench depth, and integrated support across the full project lifecycle.
