DA Terminal 3 Ltd, led by Des and Ulick McEvaddy, has submitted an outline proposal for a new 24/7 cargo and logistics complex on a 30-acre site beside Dublin Airport. The scheme includes four aviation-related handling units and office space, and is expected to create 443 permanent roles following a two-year build. It marks the first phase of a larger 263-acre western campus vision that could eventually include a third terminal—pending government approval. A planning decision from Fingal County Council is expected in September.
