The design strategy responds to the site’s natural beauty, with terraces and cascading decks connecting elevated podiums to the beachfront. Two towers Peace and Happy rise 31 and 32 floors, offering panoramic ocean views and terraced gardens that soften vertical massing while reinforcing the project’s wellness ethos. Interiors vary by tower: Peace Tower reflects the warm, layered tones of a “golden forest,” while Happy Tower embodies a bright, ocean-inspired ambience for hotel guests.

Thirty-six low-rise villas surround a natural pond, creating intimate residential spaces that harmonise with the coastal environment. A shared podium consolidates amenities including wellness facilities, restaurants, a kids’ club, and multifunctional event spaces, while rooftop decks provide leisure areas with coastal and golf course views.

Sustainable design elements and climate-conscious materials feature throughout. Textured facades, floor-to-ceiling glazing, cantilevers, and shading devices enhance environmental performance, while advanced BIM ensures precision and coordination in construction.
