KASCO Developments has completed its first residential project, VOLNA by KASCO, ahead of schedule in Dubai, marking an early milestone for the company’s growth in the emirate’s residential construction market. For the building and architecture sector, the development underscores the increasing importance of delivery certainty, programme management and high-specification urban housing in competitive real estate markets.
Construction Business News reported that the waterfront project in Al Jaddaf reached physical completion before its registered completion date. The scheme comprises 65 residences, including studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments positioned near Dubai Creek.
Located within one of Dubai’s emerging residential districts, the project was launched in March 2025 and advanced through accelerated construction and project coordination. KASCO said the development was shaped by a design approach combining modern architectural aesthetics with functional residential layouts aimed at premium urban living.
The company stated that the transition into the final administrative stage is under way, with collaboration continuing between KASCO and local authorities to complete the remaining approvals ahead of homeowner handovers. The developer said the process is intended to support a seamless move-in experience for residents.
KASCO Developments said the completion demonstrates its commitment to maintaining architectural standards while achieving accelerated delivery schedules. The business, backed by more than 40 years of industry expertise, described VOLNA as the first stage of a broader development pipeline intended to expand its presence within Dubai’s residential market.
The project also reflects continued residential growth in Dubai, where demand for well-connected mixed-density developments remains strong, supported by proximity to employment districts and transport infrastructure including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport.
