Industrial specialist Kaefer UK and Ireland has signed a 15-year lease for 15,000 sq ft at Live Works, a prime commercial development in Newcastle city centre, relocating its headquarters from Jarrow, South Tyneside.

The move positions Kaefer in a high-profile location with modern office facilities, reflecting its commitment to staff and operational excellence.

The company provides specialist services including access solutions, insulation, and surface protection to major industrial sectors.

CEO Chris Foulkes commented: “Live Works provides a modern, high-quality workspace that reflects our commitment to our people and gives our team a central, collaborative environment. We’re looking forward to being part of the Quayside community and continuing to deliver excellence for our clients from this prime location.”

Live Works, developed by Live Theatre and completed in 2016, generates vital commercial income that supports the theatre’s charitable activities, including championing new writing and creative talent in the North East.
